My people ROCK!

The world of music has many ups and downs. But, God, the love, the passion, the drive and my support system are the key things that keep me going. On a daily I am humbled by calls, texts, messages from my family, fans and friends who I say have all become one in the same to me. They show me love, they share my music and they give me feedback as well.

This last year has been a whirlwind of events: releasing my album "I am", meeting the Vice President of The Gambia, pitching a new TV show idea and a lot of things in between. I thank God for all I have been given, all that I have learned because experience is truly the BEST teacher. But besides experience, the people around you can teach you sooooo much.

I can't know everything :) So, I am glad there are people willing to share their expertise and there opinions with me. On my album "Thank You's" I say that it because of all of you collectively- I am. Hence the album name "I am" in case you were wondering.

I want you all to know that I sincerely love you all from the bottom of my heart and that you are all very much appreciated.

My lovely, great cook mom Ndey Awa Faal-Dibba, my awesome goal-keeper dad Lang Dibba, my #9 soccer playing "Dream Dibba" brother Lamin boy hehehe. My Jagne-Kunda, Faalen, Dibba-Kunda, Sowen and Njien family and all of you in between I love you!

My friends that have loved me, cared, supported, been down lol. I love you all...You know who you are!
To you Soukeyna! I will never forget how you would throw pillows at me in our college dorm room from your loft while I sang and recorded myself...but then you would sing along to that song "OOOO you messed up-yea you caught now-you.." lol.  To Mariam! my partner in crime you remind me so much of myself that it's crazy but you are definitely my sister and my bestie & I LOVE YOU! & Manta, you hold me like we are of the same mom and dad you are not my friend you ARE my sister. I love you! DOUBLE O to the last letter...OOZ! You always got my back, you are my uncle/cousin/brother/friend/critic and more!  I love you o...I am super proud of you. I know your work ethic and I see you and last but not least Hakim, I've learned so much from you, you are such a kind and humble being with a huge heart. Your passion and love for what you do is an inspiration to me and I thank you for your guidance and advice.

To my dream team! Sheikh, Roca, Ab, Bais, Fanta, Marcus and Abdoulie you guys give 100 % to what I do and I love you for that. You always got my back despite any setbacks. You share my music, you create street teams and so much more! WE are gonna make this happen- No team member left behind lol.

To my fans! I LOVE YOU ALL. Some of you are family, some of you are friends and some of you have come to be like family and friends. Thank you for your support, I wish you all of the many good things you have wished for me. I promise to you all that I will go hard and Inshallah, it will happen.
